H&M Home partenered with four amazing female artists to create the H&M Home for the love of art collection that launched a couple of days ago.
The collection is full of beautiful prints, cozy pillows and throws, decorative pieces and creative details! I’m especially in love with the mugs, hihihi. But let’s discover the story behind the collab and the artists:
Bruna Marcuso created posters for the collection using different techniques — watercolor, gouache, and acrylics. The posters and fun and bright and can spark up a space.
She’s originally from Brazil and creates art from her Studio in São Paulo. Her art usually depicts Brunna’s favorite motif, women! We stan!
“We are so powerful and delicate at the same time. I like to explore that in my work through the expressive brush strokes, the textures, the shapes and colors. I’d love it if every woman on the planet felt as confident as the women I paint.”
Célia Amroune and Aline Kpade are childhood friends and the artists behind the Parisian creative duo Sacrée Frangine. Minimalist illustrations in warm colors show us the beauty of sisterhood, motherhood, and womanhood.
“Our pieces in the collection are gentle reminders to take time. Take time to dream, to contemplate a beautiful landscape, to smile, to spend time with people you love or miss.”
Vibrant and unique is the visual language of Italian-Nigerian artist Diana Ejaita. Silhouettes in dramatic and contrasting colors tell a story of lineage, culture and nature.
“For this collection, I was thinking of people being in dialogue with the environment; messages that inspire us to make choices that consider nature. I think these types of reflections are fundamental nowaday
