Bake this weekend: chocolate pistachio tart

Actually, coconut, chocolate & pistachio tart. I do love all the ingredients, so I’m betting this is delicious!

Ingredients:

Crust:
½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1 ½ cups almond flour
2 Tablespoons coconut oil
¼ tsp salt
2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup

Ganache:
1 cup full fat coconut milk
12 oz bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping:
½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
½ cup pistachio nuts, coarsely chopped
